What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight movements continuously. If your flight is delayed, our driver will be aware of the delay and will wait for you without any additional waiting charges for up to two hours.
How will I recognise the driver?
The driver will hold a sign with your full name at the arrivals gate. We will also send you a photo of the driver and vehicle details one hour before your arrival.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking 24 hours before the trip time with a full refund. For cancellation within 12 hours: 50% refund.
Are there additional charges for luggage?
No, all our packages include standard luggage (two large suitcases + one hand luggage per passenger). For excess luggage, please contact us in advance.
