Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking according to the cancellation policy: cancellation more than 24 hours in advance = full refund, more than 12 hours in advance = 50% refund, less than 12 hours in advance = no refund. For modifications, please contact us as soon as possible.

We accept several payment methods: cash (on delivery), bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, and credit cards (coming soon). For companies, we offer monthly invoicing for ongoing contracts.

Yes, all our prices include: the vehicle, professional driver, fuel, and taxes. There are no hidden fees. Prices do not include: road tolls (if any), parking fees, and optional driver tips.

Yes, we offer special discounts: 5% discount for 4-6 people, 10% for 7-10 people, 15% for more than 10 people. For companies, monthly packages with discounts of up to 20% depending on the number of trips.

Yes, child seats and booster seats can be provided upon request. Please mention this when booking. A small additional fee may apply depending on the type of seat required.

All our drivers speak Arabic and English fluently. Some drivers speak additional languages (French, German, Russian). You can request a driver in a specific language when booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

The driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. We monitor your flight to ensure timely pickup even if the flight is delayed. We assist with your luggage and accompany you to the car.

We monitor the flight status in real-time. Waiting up to one hour from the original landing time is free. After that, a waiting fee of 100 EGP/hour applies. For significant delays, please inform us to coordinate.

We provide transport-only services for sightseeing tours. We can recommend certified tour guides and coordinate with them. The service includes the car and driver only, and does not include entrance tickets or meals.

We cover all of Egypt: day trips from Cairo (Alexandria, Fayoum, Ain Sokhna), and extended trips (Luxor, Aswan, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Marsa Alam, Siwa). The destination can be customised according to your request.
